The Lot at 63rd and Yale:

Home of the first landmark “Welcome to Englewood” erected the sign, the maintenance of this lot brings together nearby schools, senior living facilities, community organizations and businesses in an effort of volunteerism. The lot has been through phases of beautification over the years, dating back to eighties. The next frontier will be even more transformative, as community and business come together to create a meaningful, functional and beautiful gateway at W 63rd and S Yale.

Let’s Do more:

The Summer months pose the biggest challenge for maintenance. When volunteerism is needed the most due to more pedestrians and longer days, many partners are unable to assist. The proceeds from the billboard will be used to pay for the daily trash pick up and overall maintenance of the lot. We are excited to get the processes in place to get this accomplished for 2018, it’s a win-win!

What can be advertised:

Any public service message. Logos and tagline for the sponsor of the message can be shown as well. If interested, please complete the form to get started. All proposals are reviewed by a committee.

Cost:

$350 per month. Discounts are available for multiple months. We are not responsible for the creating the artwork. Content will be removed within five business days of the expiration of lease.
